The servers are backed up for up to six days. If a server fails, the data of the complete server can usually be restored. Restoring individual account databases is feasible within this period. The recovery of individual account databases will be invoiced according to the effort involved.
If there are any problems with the debiting of the fees, the billing system will automatically send notifications by e-mail to the e-mail address stored in the system. If the fees cannot be debited for several weeks, your account will be downgraded to the "FREE" plan. Of course, we will contact you by e-mail in time before we take any action. Please keep the e-mail address stored in the system up to date so that we can reach you.
